Wild About Mushrooms

As a vegetarian for many years, I'm always on the lookout for wild vegetarian and vegan recipes. This mushroom & spaghetti dish is perfect!
500g wild mixed mushrooms
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 small red chillies, very finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 lemon, juiced
450g dried spaghetti
50g parmesan cheese, grated
1 handful fresh parsley, roughly chopped
50g butter
Wash dirt from mushrooms and slice or tear.
Add olive oil to a very hot frying pay.
Add mushrooms, garlic, chilli and pinch of salt and fry quickly for 4 - 5 minutes, shaking and tossing constantly.
Remove from heat, add lomon juice and mix thoroughly.
