Rosemary & Bacon Stuffing

 

A stuffing recipe for poultry...

 

 

5 bacon rashers, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
2 sticks celery, chopped
125g mushrooms, sliced
4 cups stale breadcrumbs
 
Cook bacon in frying pan until crisp, remove from pan.
Add onions to pan, cook until onions are soft.
Add rosemary, celery and mushrooms, cook for 1 minute, remove from heat, stir in breadcrumbs and bacon.
Voila!
