Tuna Dip

Tuna dip recipe courtesy of my Aunt...
250g cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can of tuna
1/2 tsp of grated lemon rind
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
2 teaspoons chives
2 tablespoons parsley
salt and pepper
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add sour cream and mayonnaise and beat.
Fold in drained, chopped tuna.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
