Mexican Avocado Dip

 

Fab recipe for parties, fiestas and all manner of festive occasions!

 

 

2 ripe avocados

 

1/2 lemon, juiced

 

1 x tub sour cream

 

taco seasoning, to taste

 

1 x cup cheese, grated

 

1 x tomatoes, diced

 

1 large packet of corn chips



Mash the two avocados and pour in lemon juice.

 

Spread avocado mixture over the bottom of a medium-sized serving dish.

 

Mix the sour cream with taco seasoning.

 

Spread sour cream mixture over avocado mixture, so that it creates a second layer - NOT so that it mixes together.

 

Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and top with diced tomatoes.

 

Refrigerate for 1 hour then serve with corn chips.
