A delicious South African fish recipe.
Hake (as much as you need)
1 packet cream of onion soup/ French onion soup
250ml sour cream
1 packet cream of onion soup/ French onion soup
250ml sour cream
1 x tin of asparagus pieces
cheddar cheese
Cut the hake into bite-sized pieces and put into a casserole dish.
Cut the hake into bite-sized pieces and put into a casserole dish.
Top with asparagus pieces.
Mix together soup, sour cream and the juice from 1 tin of asparagus pieces.
Pour this mixture over the hake and asparagus.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes.
Serve with broccoli.
