Granny's Quiche

An old fashioned quiche recipe that stands above the rest...

4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup all-purpose/ plain flour
1/2 cup milk
40g butter, melted
2 cups spinach/ silverbeet, shredded (make sure it's really well rinsed)
1 onion, diced
3 rashers bacon, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
In a large bowl, blend flour and butter.
Add in beaten eggs, then milk.
Mix well, ensuring no flour lumps.
Mix in bacon & chopped vegetables.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 180 degrees C for 50 minutes.
