Beef Stroganoff

A great recipe to tempt kids to eat.
1kg beef round steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 large tin of tomato paste
500ml sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
Cut round steak into thin 2cm strips. Brown onions and steak. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes (you may need to add extra oil since mushrooms tend to soak up oil). Add tomato paste, salt and pepper and stir well. Pour into a 20x30cm casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, add sour cream, and stir. Serve over rice.
