Auntie Lucy's famous lemon cake recipe revealed...
1 cup soft brown sugar
150g butter
1.5 cups self raising flour
2 eggs
1 lemon
Melt butter in pan, then add sugar, egg, flour & grated lemon peel & juice
cook for 30 mins at 160 degrees Celcius.
Pour lemon juice over top when cake is still warm.
