Crispy Coconut Prawns (Shrimps) |

Easy, exotic and tasty prawn (shrimp) recipe.
2 dozen large prawns, cooked, shelled but with tails on (if possible)
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup all-purpose (plain) flour
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Lightly grease baking tray.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, all-purpose seasoning and pepper.
In separate bowls, place flour, egg & coconut.
For each prawn/ shrimp, dip it firstly in the beaten egg, then the flour, then the egg again, then generously douse it in the shredded coconut.
Place each dipped prawn/ shimp on your baking tray, and bake all 2 dozen at once for approximately 15 minutes.
Enjoy with your favourite dipping sauce!
