Casserole for vegetarians!! NOTE: This casserole recipe is NOT suitable to microwave.
1 x 740g can baked beans (vegetarian) 1 stalk celery (60g) sliced 3 spring onions chopped 1x 130g can corn kernels, drained tabasco sauce 1 cup wholemeal self-raising flour 2-3 tablespoons parmesan cheese ½ cup low fat milk
Mix baked beans with vegetables and a few drops of tabasco sauce (more for hotter flavour) in a casserole dish. Place in a hot oven (200°C) while preparing topping. Stir flour and cheese together thoroughly. Mix to soft dough with milk. Knead lightly on a floured board and roll out to cover casserole dish. Cover bean mixture with dough. Lightly brush with extra milk. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve Immediately.

Total cooking time: 20 minutes (5 - 8 mins prep + 12 - 15 cook time)
